So it is a big day for all of us science / space geeks. Official word has arrived that Rosetta's Philae has landed on the comet it has been aiming at for 10 years. I won't bore you with the details but let's just say this is an awesome day for space geek's and scientists. This news is super cool. However, the subject of my blog today is actually about something scientific I saw yesterday in the background of a news cast discussing robotics and the military. I saw this cool robot bouncing around in the back of the video. So I went searching for it on the web and wow is it cool. I have always loved robotics. I think it is so cool that we can design machines to do so many things. I am personally grateful to a medical robot who made a member of my family recover faster from an illness but if I were in the military I know this would come in a close second. I am fascinated by these robots that military uses to help our troops with ground travel. Check them out.
