Husqvarna Riding Mowers Recalled Due To Fire Hazard
If you purchased a Husqvarna riding mower between July 2017 through December of 2017, here's some important news for you.
According to the United State Consumer Product Safety Commission, Husqvarna is recalling some of its residential zero-turn mowers due to a fire hazard. The mowers involved in this recall are both Husqvarna and Poulan Pro brands with a Briggs & Stratton twin cylinder engine. Because of an incorrect routing of the fuel line, it can wear and leak posing a fire hazard.
These mowers were sold in two colorways, orange/black, and yellow/black. The model numbers involved in this recall can be found here. To locate the model number and serial number on your tractor, look on the left-hand rail frame in front of the left rear drive wheel.
Husqvarna is instructing consumers to stop using these mowers immediately and contact them to arrange for a free inspection and repair. You can call them at 877-257-6921 or online at husqvarna.com and click on Product Recall for more information.
