Frolic Friday With the Fire Department (VIDEO)

The police have the "Lip Sync Challenge" and now the fire departments have Frolic Friday.

Every Friday on the Wakin' Up with CJ and Jess Show we try to send you into the weekend with a smile on your face and to do that we head outside to frolic around like two morons, in hopes of you smiling for a least a second. This week frolic Friday turn a different turn with Jess being off and the fire alarms going off in our building.

If you missed it, the fire alarms went off in our building and the Fairview Fire Department responded to our building in like 3 seconds to make sure we were all OK and after they did what they do by checking everything out, I thought I have to try and get them to take part in Frolic Friday with me and OMG, they did GREAT. Thank you again to the Fairview FD, a great group of guys. If you would like your local fire department to join the Frolic Friday Movement, all they need to do is find an open space, stand straight up, drop your arms to your side, point out your hands and start skipping around wherever you are and before you know it, you are frolicking just like us and the Fairview FD.
