Frolic Friday Plays Baseball (VIDEO)

Look out weekend, here we come!

Every Friday on the Wakin' Up with CJ and Jess Show we do what we can to send you into the weekend with a smile on your face and to accomplish that, we head outside of the Wolf studios to frolic like a couple of morons.

This week we decided to frolic in preparation of me(CJ) getting ready to throw out the first pitch at the Hudson Valley Renegades game against the Brooklyn Cyclones on Monday at Dutchess Stadium.

To prepare, Jess is going to show me how to properly throw a fast pitch softball style. Can I do it? Take a look....

Oh boy, this is not going to end well. If your planning on going to the Renegades game on Monday please do me one favor, save your boos until the end. LOL!

We would love for you to join the frolic Friday movement and to do that all you need to do is find an open space, stand straight up, drop your arms to your side, point out your hands and start skipping around wherever you are and before you know it you are frolicking just like us!
