Every Friday on the Wakin' Up with CJ and Jess Show we do what we can to send you into the weekend with a smile on your face and to do that we head outside of the station into the parking lot for our weekly "frolic".
Most weeks we have a theme and this week we decided to frolic in celebration of all of the fun stuff going on in the Hudson Valley this weekend and as we started to frolic, we noticed something crazy....
Yup we both have no fashion sense. LOL. Thank you for watching and like we tell you each week, if you would like to join the Frolic Friday Movement all you need to do is find an open space, stand straight up, drop your arms to your side, point out your hands and start skipping around wherever you are and before you know it you are frolicking just like us!
