Frolic Friday Solo (VIDEO)

It's the weekend and there is only one thing left to do...FROLIC!

Every Friday on the Wakin' Up with CJ and Jess Show we both try our best to send you into the weekend with some sort of smile on your face and this week I've been left with the task of handling this frolic solo and I'm not to happy about it as you'll see below with my cries for Jess.

Yes a frolic for the "HECK OF IT". So much for a theme..LOL! I do hope that Jess enjoyed her wedding and I hope that next week she brings her A game for our weekly frolic.

Each week we encourage you to join us in the Frolic Movement that is taking the Hudson Valley by storm and to do that all you need to do is find an open space, stand straight up, drop your arms to your side, point out your hands and start skipping around wherever you are (make sure you sing our song, Frolicking on a Friday, over and over) and before you know it, you are frolicking just like us!
