Frolic Friday: Father's Day and Flag Day (VIDEO)

Jess claims she has a Father's Day gift for me.

It's Friday and we only know one way to kick off the weekend and that's with a quick "frolic" outside to get the blood flowing. If you don't know, every Friday Jess and I do what we can to send you into the weekend with a smile on your face and to do just that, we head outside of the studios to frolic in the parking lot like two morons.

This week Jess told me she had something special planned for me in celebration of Father's Day coming upon Sunday. This should be a classic....

Really Jess? I guess I should take what I can get, right? It's the thought that counts. Happy Father's Day to every Dad in Hudson Valley from both Jess and me. We hope that you have a great day on Sunday!
