We got a Hudson Valley celebrity to join the "Frolic" Friday Movement!

Every Friday on the Wakin' Up with CJ and Jess Show we both try to get you in to the weekend with a semi smile on your face by heading out in to the parking lot of the Wolf studios and frolicking around like two morons.
