Frolic Friday Gets Attacked By A Spider (VIDEO)

It's Friday and time to officially kick off the weekend!

Every Friday on the Wakin' Up with CJ and Jess Show we do what we can to try and start your weekend with a big fat smile on your face and to try and accomplish that, we head outside of the studios to "frolic".

Every week we try to have a theme for our frolic and this week we thought with all of the driving and spider in the car talk from this morning, we would attempt to frolic like we are being attacked by spiders.

So that's how a frolic would look if we were being attacked by spiders and I have to say thank god we just faked it!

If you would like to join us in the "Frolic Friday Movement" all you need to do is find an open space, drop your hands to your side, point your hands out and start skipping around wherever you are and you are officially in the "movement".
