Veterans Day Frolic

Happy Veterans Day!

A big THANK YOU to all the men and women who have served this great country of ours and to those that are fighting for us today.

We have said it a bunch of times on the CJ in the morning show today. We should thank Veterans EVERY DAY! The sacrifices these men and women made for us to live they way we live is unparalleled.

If you can today and maybe everyday, every time you see a Veteran, say Hi, shake their hand and thank them for their service.

Today some businesses are giving away freebies for Veterans. I know that IXL Health and Fitness in Saugerties and Rhinebeck and Crunch Fitness are offering free workouts for any Veteran. Foam and Wash car wash locations are giving Veterans free car washes today.

Now, every Friday Jess and I do a little thing we call "Frolic Friday." Just a fun little way for us to look foolish and hopefully put a smile on your face.
