It looks like the Newburgh Mall has some big things happening in 2025. In a press release sent out recently, they announced two more stores coming to the Mall in addition to the ones they have already announced.
New National Businesses are Coming to the Newburgh Mall in Newburgh, New York
Earlier this year the Newburgh Mall shared that O'Reilly Auto Parts would be moving into the 42,000-square-foot part of the Mall that once was Sears. The opposite end of the mall is already the Home of Resorts World Hudson Valley.
The Newburgh Mall announced today that it has finalized leases with two new businesses that hope to be in the Mall and up and running in 2025. Planet Fitness and Harbor Freight are both expected to join the Newburgh Mall business list next year.

“We are pleased to officially publicize the addition of these tenants to our lineup. The redevelopment of the Mall has been in the works for several months and we have been eagerly anticipating the finalization of these leases. We expect to officially announce several more national tenants in the upcoming months. Demo and construction remain ongoing at the Center, in the meantime, mall shops, restaurants, and casino remain open during this transition." (Newburgh Mall Spokesperson - Lisa Giammattei)
Current Mall hours for the Fall are Monday through Friday 10 AM to 8 PM and Saturday and Sunday 11 AM to 6 PM. Mall restaurants and Resorts World Hudson Valley Casino have their own hours.
