Hudson Valley Tattoo Artist on Ink Master TV Show
The show premieres tonight.
If you are a fan of competition reality TV and like tattoos the show Ink Master is perfect for you and this season we will have a local artist to root for according to the Poughkeepsie Journal.
Poughkeepsie native, Elva Stefanie is set to be a contestant on the season premiere of “Ink Master” tonight at 10 p.m. on the Paramount Network.
Stefanie has been doing tattoos for years now but what got her really into the artistry that is tattooing was a few years back when she said a friend of hers at SUNY New Paltz asked her to ink a tattoo sleeve on her arm, that her friend wanted to look like the scenery of Ancient Greece. After really putting her mind into the design, what came out was beautiful. She said “We spent over 100 hours on it. It was insane. People have crazy stories, and I try to get it on their skin.”
Being on a show like this is huge for Stefanie but this isn't the first time the show has asked her to be a contestant as she told the Journal that when they contacted her this time, it “was the right time.”
Set your DVR for the Paramount Network tonight at 10 p.m. and good luck to Elva!!!
