Have You Ever Fell Victim to a TikTok Prank?

Personally, I have never fell for a TikTok prank, but I have pulled a harmless prank on an unsuspecting victim.

During the COVID lockdown, it was the thing to do, right? I remember filming and asking a friend "Did you hear about celebrity who was killed?! What's her name? Reese...ugh, what's her last name?!"

Then they respond "Witherspoon?!" and you respond "No, with a knife."

It's a harmless joke/prank, for a laugh. But I get that it could kind of be annoying.

There's another harmless TikTok prank, that usually gets a laugh from everyone involved. However, said TikTok prank recently went wrong and it was all caught on camera here in the Hudson Valley.

The prank is executed as follows:

While you're in your car at a red light, you roll down your window. Then, you ask the driver next to you to roll their window down. If/when they do you proceed to roll your window up.

TIkTok user @Stone889, also known as Wayne and The Window Guy is known for pulling the window prank and posting it on to his TikTok account.

His latest video, with 8 MILLION views, has a different ending that involved the cops. You can watch the video below, just know due to language used in the video is NSFW:

Who is wrong here? Was the prankster out of line or was the prank victim?

The video, which was posted in October 4th, 2026, has already gained 1.3 million likes and over 8 million views.

With stats like that, of course the public is going to chime in on what they think. We took a gander at the comment section of the video and pretty much, everyone agrees. The "victim" overacted.
