I remember the first time I ever heard Florida Georgia Line. I thought, "wow" these guys sound so fresh. They are country but they have something so original about their songs. They aren't trying to sound like anyone, but they sound like they should have been on the country music scene for years.

Brian and Tyler are like chocolate syrup and ice cold milk. Both are great, but together they are amazing. I hope this duo is making music for many years to come. Their long awaited fourth album due out later this year has delivered it's first single. H.O.L.Y. which they debuted officially on April 29th and then performed this past Sunday on the American Country Countdown Awards. No doubt this is their new number one, but may I say that watching the video for this song has taken it to a whole new place for me. As a matter of fact Tyler and Brian told Taste of Country they almost past on this song. (Read story here) They say it grew on them.

I can't imagine how powerful this song will be when they perform it live. The "Dig Your Roots" tour is now off and running and there are dates near the Hudson Valley the first of which is Hartford, CT on July 7th. Click here for more show dates.

If this is the first song of the new album the rest is sure to be spectacular.
