Frolic Friday, Try Number Two (VIDEO)

Here we go again!!!

It is now week number 2 of my attempt to start a new trend. First it was "Track Suit Tuesday" that went nowhere. I tried so hard to make it work, but alas, I failed.

I'm no quitter so I decided to try again with another brilliant idea.

What says, I'm happy to be alive better than a nice "frolic". Yes skipping around where you work, I promise, will make you feel better.

Go ahead and give it a try. It's raining and has been for the last week, so we all need a pick me up. Don't knock it until you try it.

I convinced a few people here at the radio station to join me in week 2 of "Frolic Friday"....
