Frolic Friday is Here (VIDEO)

AHHHH..Here we are another Friday and another fun Frolic.

When "Frolic Friday" was born a few months ago, my hope was that it would take the Hudson Valley by storm. Hoping that everyone would be frolicking around on Fridays like they didn't have a care in the world.

Well I have to say that hasn't happened but I REFUSE to give up. I am not a quitter , unlike some of us on the CJ in the morning show, I will frolic every Friday til the end of time.

Like we do every Friday, we have to answer the question will Jess frolic or will she come up with some excuse not to take part?

I think sobriety check frolicking could be a bad idea.

As I always say, If your having a rough go at today and you need to turn that frown upside down give a good frolic a try. Believe me it works!!!
