Frolic Friday in Marbletown

The weekend is here!!

Every Friday on the Wakin' Up with CJ and Jess Show we try to send you into the weekend with a big fat smile on your face with what we call "Frolic Friday."

Each week we come up with a theme for our frolic and the last few weeks we have turned our frolics over to the school that we visit during our little back to school tour.

This week we headed out to the Marbletown Elementary School in Stone Ridge and were lucky enough to have one of their third grade classes join us in the big weekend kick off.

This kids are the best, take a look.....

We have to send a big THANK YOU to the faculty, staff and of course the students at Marbletown for being so nice. They brought us donuts and made us some great art work which we will talk all about on Monday.

If you are looking for a way to make sure that you have a great weekend, look no further than frolicking like us. If you want to give it a try all you need to do is find an open space, drop your hands to your side, point out your hands and start skipping around wherever you are and BOOM, your frolicking!
