The property is situated between Beacon and Cold Spring and sits at the foothills of the popular Breakneck Ridge trail system.

The property is on the market for $2,990,000 and is listed by Gate House Realty out of Beacon. According to its website, the facility was built in the 1860s as a private residence for the Timoney family. It has been operated since the 1940s by the Coris family and was added to the National Register of Historic places in 1982.
