This makes us super happy!

Growing up in the 80's watching TV was something that I considered myself an expert at. You had some great shows to choose from and with no DVR back then, you had to watch them on the night they were first on or you were out of luck.

One of the shows that I made sure to never miss was the classic show "Who's the Boss?" I can't remember which night of the week it was on but do remember it being on ABC for something like 7 or 8 seasons.

If you're like me and miss shows like it, I've got some great news, Who's the Boss is on its way back to TV with Tony Danza and Alyssa Milano according to Deadline.
The show is in the early stages of development, with stars Danza and Milano calling it a sequel more than a reboot and they will both be coming back in their original roles as Tony (Dad) and Samantha (daughter) Micelli.

Who's the Boss has a special place in my heart due to the fact that I remember having my first TV crush on Angela on the show, played by actress Judith Light. It does look like both Light and her son on the show Danny Pintauro have been offered roles but from the sound of things they have decided against coming back full time but could possible have some cameo appearances throughout.

Sadly, Mona (grandma) won't be back on the show as actress Katherine Helmond passed away last year.

As far as storylines for the show go, Alyssa Milano said that "We feel the time is right to tell the story of where these amazing characters are today. Can't wait to share their stories with you."

There is no word on when or what network the show will air on but with so many streaming services now available they shouldn't have a hard tome finding a home for it.
