It is just about that time of year to start baking away for the holidays but before you do, make sure you check your dough.

If your anything like me when it comes time to bake cookies, I always go for the ready made cookie dough. I really can't make anything in the kitchen from scratch, it never comes out right and I don't want to mess up one of my favorite things in the world. Fresh baked cookies!

Before you get baking, the company Nestle USA has announced that they are putting out a voluntary recall after they received reports that customers found pieces of rubber in some of their cookie dough products, according to CNN.

Nestle did say that they have fixed the problem, but are issuing the recall to be on the safe side.

The recalled products are for the ready to bake refrigerated dough and products that have the batch codes that start with 9189 through 9295. Get all the codes and full list of recalled products here.

If you do have a recalled item, Nestle is asking that you discard the product and hold onto the proof of purchase and contact Nestlé Consumer Services at 1-800-681-1676 for refund information.
