Free Breakfast or Lunch for Local Veteran’s

We love to see local Hudson Valley businesses doing things like this.

As we all celebrate today, November 11th being Veteran's Day, I can't think of a better way for a restaurant to say thank you than by giving all Veteran's a FREE meal. That is exactly what our friends at Deising's Bakery and Restaurant are doing this year.

Pete from Deising's reached out to us to let us know that this year in celebration of Veteran's Day and to honor, they are offering free breakfast or lunch to all Hudson Valley Veterans at their restaurant located at 109 N Front Street in Kingston. To grab a free meal, Veteran's just need to head over to Desing's and show their military ID and they will cover your breakfast or lunch!

Pete also wanted us to let everyone know that one of the busiest times of the year for the bakery is around the holidays, so if anyone would like to order any goodies for Thanksgiving or any of the upcoming holidays, you should get your order in as soon as possible. He told us this year, they will have, "over 20 varieties of pies and themed cakes cookies cupcakes and much more", you can take a look at some of their treats here.

As far as freebies go for Hudson Valley Veteran's, there are a bunch of places that are offering Veteran's something today including, a free car wash at Foam & Wash car wash locations across the Hudson Valley.
