Popular Kitchen & Supply Store Closing in the Hudson Valley
After 80+ years, one of the Hudson Valley's most popular kitchen stores has announced it will be closing soon.
Hudson Valley residents who work in the world of culinary arts are well aware that there are only a few brick-and-mortar stores to shop at where a chef or cook can find a specific piece of equipment, ingredients, or items that they might need for their kitchen.
There are also a limited number of places for folks who run restaurants, catering services, coffee and cake shops, and pizza shops can shop items specifically for each business. That's why when we heard that one of those stores was possibly closing, we had to look into it.

When Will They be Closing?
We did reach out to see exactly when the store would be closing and if the owners had any future plans, but haven't heard back. Their statement did say that the store would still be offering prepaid special orders for goods they don't have in stock and will continue to honor gift certificates until the store closes.
