I'm seeing a pattern this week. That pattern being a long line of "oops" situations. In case you missed it, yesterday a firetruck in Rock Hill nicked a support beam while exiting the garage, causing the ceiling to collapse.

No one was hurt, thankfully, but the situation had CJ and I discussing minor vehicle mishaps this morning on the show. I've had one or two mishaps when I first started driving, including bumping into my closed garage door. Oops.

There was another "oops" this week in Ulster County. According to the Times Harold Record, a car crashed into an apartment at Ulster Garden Court on Tuesday afternoon. Lt. Fred Klun of the Ulster Hose Fire Department said that the driver sustained minor injuries and no one is in the apartment of the time of the accident.

The article states that the woman started her car, drove 15 up on the curb, through the lawn area and then crashed into the apartment exterior wall. After the crash was cleaned up the Town Ulster Police Department took over and is completing the investigation.
