Where to Play a Quick Nine in the Hudson Valley

So your work week is tight and if you get a sunny day you can here the course calling but you only have time to play nine. Where are the good spots to play nine holes of golf in the Hudson Valley? Well this is just my opinion but I suggest one of they great courses that is near your office.

New Paltz Golf Course -  Located in New Paltz just north west of town off route 32, they offer outings and events plus the have 2 foot golf courses.

Turtle Creek Golf Course & Grill - Located in Wallkill they have a delicious grill for a meal before or after you play plus memberships and lessons.

Apple Greens Golf Course - Just south east of New Paltz this 27 hole course offers 3 different options for just playing nine and the restaurant is perfect for lunch, dinner or just a snack.

Winding Hills Golf Club - Located in Montgomery they have tournaments, leagues plus instruction. You can also save money with a membership.

Being able to take advantage of a beautiful day by hitting a few balls is one of the great things about liking in the Hudson Valley. So keep this list handy the next time you are feeling cooped up at work on a nice day. And one more tip - leave the clubs in the car so you are always golf ready.
