Special Rate Season At Golf Courses In The Hudson Valley
With the days growing shorter and the weather turning cold there is no doubt that golf season in the Hudson Valley is coming to an end for 2023. Don't put those clubs away just yet we still have a fall season to play.
Most Hudson Valley golf courses have shifted their rates to reflect the shorter hours of daily light and some have even instituted some seasonal rates. Winding Hills Golf Club posted this week that they have a $32 rate for Autumn twilight hours.
Places for Fall Golf in the Hudson Valley
You can now golf, Monday through Thursday, 18 holes with a cart for $32 if you tee off after 1 p.m. They are not the only club that is offering an incentive to keep playing through the Fal weather.

Apple Greens Golf Club in Highland, Casperkill Golf Club in Poughkeepsie, and many others will be posting their Fall hours and making adjustments as Daylight Savings Time approaches and we get ready to fall back on November 5, 2023.
So it is time to dig out the golf outerwear and get ready for the cooler days on the course. As long as Mother Nature can hold off the snow we will have a golf season in the Hudson Valley. I am hoping to be able to at least keep playing through Thanksgiving.
If the actual game of golf isn't your thing that doesn't mean you are welcome at the local golf club. Many courses have wonderful food operations they are paired with so if you would rather just head to the course and soak up the view, the course restaurant may be what you are looking for on a weekend afternoon.
