Video Captures Dog Walker Kicking Puppy
First, HOW COULD ANYONE DO THIS? Second, the guy in this video should be arrested!
According to ABC 7, A dog walker is captured on surveillance cameras kicking a beagle. The video footage shows a person and the man with the dog in the elevator.
Right after the other person exits the elevator, it appears the dog walker steps on the beagle then kicks it in the midsection.
Police were notified about the abuse and as of now we have no reports of any charges.
