So not many of you are thinking about next winter. I can pretty much guarantee no one has skiing on their mind but luckily the people who run Holiday Mountain Ski & Fun Park do and they are busy planning next year.

You may recall that last Fall Holiday Mountain set out to re-open the slopes and create some great Hudson Valley skiing in Sullivan County. This week it appears they are gearing up the next ski season with new equipment. The 2024 / 2025 ski season at Holiday Mountain looks like it is getting an upgrade.

What are they Adding to Holiday Mountain Ski & Fun Park?

There is a lot of work being done on the mountain. The old snowmaking pipe is getting dug up and removed. New lines are going in for snowmaking and it appears something else is slotted for the Mounitan that overlooks New York State Route 86.

Holiday Mountian plans to expand not just the ability to make snow but also they are working on what appears to be a new chair lift. If this is true it would be the first new chair lift in 35 years.

They are teasing skiers now but something tells me they have big plans for the hill in the next ski season. They also have a lot going on this summer. Check out the Fun park that is great for the entire family.

There are Go Karts, Bumper Boats, Bumper Cars, Spider Mountian and more. For prices and more info check out skiholidaymtn.com/fun-park. The fun park is scheduled to open for the 2024 season in June. Keep an eye on social media for details.
