Horses Rescued From Cruel Conditions
Both Twister and Tootsie Roll were part of a rescue that happened earlier this month in Catskill, New York when the New York State Police along with the Columbia-Greene Humane Society/Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals arrested a man and charged him with cruelty to animals.
