Do you have a song that when you hear it, you automatically remember something from your past?

We got talking this morning on the Wakin' Up with CJ and Jess Show about Jess' trip to Cooperstown over the weekend to see New York Yankee Mariano Rivera get inducted to the baseball Hall of Fame.

Not being a Yankee fan, this may seem weird but anytime I hear the song "Enter Sandman" by the rock group Metallica, I automatically think of Mo walking out of the Yankee bullpen to save a game. If you don't know, that's the song they would play every time he would enter a game at Yankee Stadium.

Is there a song that as soon as you hear it, you have a great memory?

Jess said that anytime she hears Randy Houser's "Runnin Outta Moonlight" she thinks of a road trip with friends from way back when.

For me, when I was 15 or 16, me and my friend Danny spent like two months following around the band Jethro Tull around New York in his VW bug and the song we had playing on repeat was Lynard Skynards "Simple Man". As the co-pilot, it was my job once it was over to eject a rewind the tape and after doing it 457 times, I had the exact amount of rewind time I needed, I think it was like 22 seconds on rewind. LOL!
