Ragu Recalls 5 Sauces

This may effect your Sunday pasta dinner.

On Saturday, June 15th the company behind Ragu pasta sauce issued a recall. According to ABC News Mizkan America, Inc has voluntarily recalled several flavors of their popular pasta sauce.

While no one has been harmed and no complaints have been filed as of Monday, June 17th, the company is recalling the sauces because of possible containment. Products made between June 4th and June 8th may contain pieces of plastic.

The following are the sauce flavors that have been recalled along with their "cap code" and "used by' dates:

If you have purchased one of these items they should be thrown away. You can call customer service at 800-328-7248 "to receive a coupon for a replacement."
