Peace, Love and Pumpkins Returns to Bethel Woods in 2025

It's baaaack! For the 5th year in a row Peace, Love & Pumpkins will take over the historic grounds of Bethel Woods in Sullivan County.

From October 10th through November 2nd Bethel Woods will be decked out for Halloween with a walk-thru experience that will take guests through "the garden trails of beautiful Bethel Woods."

The trails will highlight "thousands of unique hand-carved jack-o-lanterns and glowing displays of theme pumpkin art."

Designs range from spooky Halloween creations like witches and goblins to Woodstock festival icons!

Tickets are available now on the Bethel Woods Website. Adult 18 and up are $25, children 3 - 17 are $15 and kids ages 2 and under are free.

The Night Market at Bethel Woods will be open during Peace, Love & Pumpkins Friday and Saturday nights form 6:30 - 9:00 PM. The Night Market is filled with craft and specialty food vendors as well as festive experiences for all.

More Halloween Fun at Bethel Woods

While the Peace, Love and Pumpkin walk-thru experience is the main attraction, Bethel Woods has a full schedule of fun events for all ages throughout the fall season.

Boos & Booze for those 21 and older runs October 11th, 18th, 25th and November 1st. This boozy experience is an add on that will give guests the opportunity to visit exclusive stations, in the walk-thru, to sample Halloween themed cocktails.

On Friday October 17th, Bethel Woods will host Murder Mystery Mixer: A Wedding in Transylvania. Put your detective skills to the test during with Transylvania-themed cocktails at the Murder Café.

As Halloween approaches, the haunted gardens of Bethel Woods will come to life...or afterlife. On October 24th, Bethel will host Friday Night Fright. While walking through Peace Love and Pumpkins ghost and ghouls will come out and roam the grounds.

Bethel Woods calls it "A dark, terrifying experience" that will " leave you trembling as you exit." They add that this is a scary attraction and not recommended for young children.

There will also be a Sensory Friendly Experience on Wednesday, October 22nd at 4pm.

Halloween Starts Early in The Hudson Valley

We're still in the thick of the summer of 2025, but Halloween has arrived in the Hudson Valley.

The first Spirit Halloween has popped up in Ulster County. On July 8th, 2025, a Spirit Halloween sign went up at the old Big Lots in Kingston on Ulster Avenue.

The Museum at Bethel Woods is located at Bethel Woods Center for the Arts which is the original site of the 1969 Woodstock Museum Festival.

While some attendees visit for their concerts, others also enjoy exploring their Bindy Baazar Trail, concerts in the Event Gallery, attending classes, exhibits and events as well.
