How many baby showers have you been to over the past two years? You've probably seen more than your fair share of diapers, adorable little outfits, swaddling blankets, and pacifiers or pacifier holders. It's those last two items on the list that is causing some concern these past few days due to a choking hazard.

According to the Consumer Product Safety Commission, Handi-Craft is recalling almost 600,000 Dr. Brown's Lovey Pacifier and Teether Holders because the snap used to secure the pacifier and teether holder, can easily come off of the ribbon becoming a hazard to small children.

These were sold almost anywhere you would find items for babies, Walmart, Babys' R Us/Toys R Us, KMart, Target, Amazon, among others from August 2015 until March 2018 for about $10.

There were eight styles giraffe, turtle, zebra, reindeer, frog, spring bunny, deer, and bunny. Only items with these lot codes are included in this recall, you can find that information on the tag on the holder.

What should you do if you have one of these recalled items? Stop using these immediately and call Handi-Craft toll-free at 833-224-7674 or go to drbrownsbaby.com and click on recall.
