The Orange County Health Department will have an informational table at Center Court of the Galleria at Crystal Run starting Monday, July 27, 2020. The Galleria at Crystal Run announced through a press release today that members of the Orange County Health Department will be handing out information to people among other things.

Starting on Monday the Orange County Health Department will have staff manning an information table in center court of the mall. They are scheduled to be there 3 days a week. Mondays 11 AM to 3 PM, Thursdays 3 PM to 6 PM and Saturdays 11 AM to 3 PM. Members of the health department will answer questions plus hand out masks and sanitizers. They will also provided information packets to customers.

Eric Price, the General Manager at the Galleria at Crystal Run stated “We are grateful to partner with the Orange County Department of Health in a continuing effort to provide a safe and healthy environment for our guests”. The mall has also set up Healthy Shopper Guidelines. These guidelines should be followed before coming to the mall. They also want to remind you that face masks are required along with social distancing.

Yesterday I ventured to the Mall for the first time since the COVID-19 outbreak. I will say it was different, however it wasn't bad. I set out to pick up my summer supply of Old Navy tees, but also took the time to walk around the mall to see what other stores were open. It was nice to see that a lot of them were open and using the CDC recommendations for safe shopping. I even noticed one store with a line because they were limiting the number of customers.
