Next Tuesday It Is All About You Ladies

Next Tuesday night ladies you and your girlfriends need to join us at the Crunch Fitness What Women Want event at the Poughkeepsie Grand Hotel. We have a night planned that includes everything your and your girlfriend could think of for a night of fun.

Beauty, wine, spirits, exercise, health, chocolate, dancing, food, drinks, laughs, tarot cards, beer, wine, hard cider, shopping and more. The doors open at 5pm so come straight from work. The fun goes until 9pm, but you are welcome to keep the party going. Admission is free and everyone who attends will have a chance to win an amazing trip to Ireland thanks to CDT Travel and Mahoney's Irish Pub and Steakhouse.
