Moonrise Bagel Preps for Opening of Poughkeepsie, New York Shop

Popular Stuffed Bagel Shop Announces New Poughkeepsie, NY Location

Back in January 2024, Moonrise Bagel made a huge announcement. Ali Chetkof and Jeremy Rhodes, the masterminds behind Moonrise Bagel, shared that they were adding a 2nd location.

The original Moonrise Bagel opened in Woodstock, New York in 2021 and quickly became a viral sensation. The bagels are stuffed with different types of foods like chicken parm, BEC, and sweeter options like a Chocolate Pistachio Ganache with pistachios and cherry gelée.

Moonrise Bagel in Woodstock became a staple to the neighborhood and then made the big time after being featured on NBC's Today Show. After a few years of success, Ali and Jeremy decided it was time for a second storefront. This time in Dutchess County. In January they wrote on social media:

To date we’ve sold over 50,000 hand-rolled Stuffed Bagels and we can’t wait to bring our Stuffed Bagels to Poughkeepsie later this year. Thank you for believing in us, for supporting us and for loving bagels as much as we do - A&J

They added that the Poughkeepsie Moonrise Bagel would be located at 26 Winslow Gate R. C1 across from Marist College in the Hudson Heritage Plaza.

Moonrise Bagels Sets Opening Date for Dutchess County Store

When we spoke to Ali and Jeremy, they said the 2nd location would be ready by "spring/summer 2024." We waited patiently for an opening date update and it looks like we finally got it! Moonrise Bagel took to Instagram and social media to share they will be open in July 2024. Take a look:
