Local Pet Rescue Opening a Thrift Store and Clinic
A popular Dutchess County animal rescue has opened up shop.
The Compassionate Animal Rescue Efforts of Dutchess County( CARE of Dutchess County) recently opened their thrift shop on 1 Commerce Court in Wappingers Falls.
Not only is it a thrift store, but according to Facebook they will soon become a spay and neuter clinic. The store and clinic is open Monday through Saturday from 11am until 4pm.
If you aren't familiar with Compassionate Animal Rescue Efforts they are an organization working to protect the well being of animals such as dogs, cats, birds and larger and smaller animals.
Back in May CARE received a $20,000 donation from the PetCo Foundation for all of their rescue efforts in the Hudson Valley.
CARE of Dutchess County will be hosting a grand opening for the thrift store and clinic on Sunday August 4th, 2019.
