Lauren Alaina Heats Up The New Year

Terrible pun, but it's okay because Lauren is doing okay! On New Years Day, American Idol alum and runner up to Scotty McCreery, Lauren Alaina tweeted out that she encountered her first injury of  2015:

Not being an expert on burns, Lauren turned to her twitter followers to help her out:

My advice would have been go jump into a cold shower and then go to the hospital. But have no fear, Miss. Alaina is doing just fine after taking the MLB pitcher approach and took it to the Ice Buckett:

Glad to hear she's doing okay. Hopefully she'll be burning up the charts in 2015... (You knew it was coming.)
