If you ever have a hard time fall asleep or you just looking for the best night's sleep ever, you may want to try this out.

According to the Daily Mail, the perfect night's sleep is well within your reach, if you follow these pretty simple steps:

1. Go to bed at 10:37 P.M.

2. Use two pillows.

3. Use the thickest comforter you can buy.

4. Wear cotton pajamas.

5. Wear socks.

They people behind this say that if you follow those steps you should sleep as close to perfect as possible. I'm all for most of those steps but, Sleep in socks? I dont think I could ever do it. I think trying to sleep in socks would make me stay up all night. How about you?

This survey also found that most of us sleep more in the winter than we do in the summer.

They found people sleep an average of 40 minutes less from October through February than they do during warmer months.

Again, SLEEP in SOCKS? Just couldn't do it!!!
