Get Paid to Take Off Next Week

We talked on the show today about how the 4th of July falling on a Wednesday this year has created a little bit of confusion as to when is it the 4th of July weekend.

If you plan on making next weekend, your weekend, how would you like to get paid to take a few days off from work? Silly question, I know, but the folks over at Smirnoff Vodka are offering to pay about one hundred people to take the two days off after the 4th of July.

According to Delish, Smirnoff recently launched the most festive Red White and Berry Ice drinks and to celebrate they are looking to pay us to take off July 5th and 6th.

How do we get in on this? It's easy, starting Sunday (7/1), all you have to do is start commenting on Smirnoff's Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram contest post where you'd rather be than back at the office.

The $500 winners will be selected randomly, the only requirement is that you have to be over 21 to enter.
