The fun list of things to do at our Hudson Valley Fire Houses continues to grow weekly. Our local fire house's are ramping up their monthly events. Pancake breakfast, Pasta dinners plus flea markets and more have started populating our calendars. These monthly fundraiser are a staple for quite few of our local fire department. It helps with raising money for services, equipment and other items that these organization need to assist their communities.

April 12th (Friday) - Kripplebush-Lyonsville Fire Company  the Sub Nite series for 2019 begins this friday. Time: 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM Menu: 12 inch Sub Sandwiches you can take home or eat at the Fire Company dining room. Bring your friends and make it a party or an indoor picnic. Ham, turkey, roast beef or a mixed. They will have meatball or chicken parm, veggie, tuna and of course that great Philly cheese steak. Cost:  A donation of $9.00 gets you a drink (can of Pepsi, diet, Sprite, Mt Dew, Orange, Ice Tea or a bottle of water) and a bag of chips. Location: The intersection of UC Route 2 and 519 Pine Bush Rd in the hamlet of Kripplebush. Just one mile north of US 209 between Stone Ridge & Accord. Call in orders at 3:30, 845-687-9801

April 14th (Sunday) - Washingtonville Fire Department is having their annual Palm Sunday all you can eat breakfast with the Easter Bunny. Time: 7:30 am to 11:30 am with the Easter Bunny arrival at 8:15 am. Location: 89 East Main Street in Washingtonville, NY. Cost: Adults $7, Seniors $6, Kids $5 (845) 496-8591.

April 20th (Saturday) - Cronomer Valley Fire Department wants you to Wine and Sign to Benefit Cal Ripken Baseball. Time: 6 pm and your $40/per person cost includes all supplies to create your sign and one drink! Pinot and Pine is the host. Location: 296 North Plank Road Newburgh. It is a twist on a sip and paint, everyone brings home their own custom made wood sign! This event is just in time for Mother's Day! Create a beautiful pine wood sign for mom, grandma, or for yourself. Reserve your sign by April 10th or first come first served at the door. There will be door prizes, raffles, 50/50 and more. This event raises finds for City of Newburgh Baseball.
