Gather the kids and your friends, then hop on board the Catskill Mountain Railroad as it sets out on the rails for what is their 43rd season riding the public on historic Hudson Valley railroad routes. They are kicking off 2025 with a special guest, the Easter Bunny.

The Easter Bunny Express will leave the Kingston Station for a 90-minute excursion, including an Easter egg hunt for the kids. The three dates are April 12th, 13th, and 19th, 2025. For tickets, log onto the official online home of the Catskill Mountain Railroad and click on events.

Take a Railroad Trip to an Easter Egg Hunt in the Catskills

The Catskill Mountain Railroad has a full year of events planned that run from now through December.  Enjoy the Ice Cream Express this summer. Both the Pumpkin Express and Polar Express are scheduled for this season, so make sure to save the dates.

The Catskill Mountain Railroad, also known as the CMRR, is based in Kingston, New York. It can trace its roots back to the Rondout & Oswego Railroad that began construction in 1868, and was taken over by the Ulster & Delaware Railroad in 1876. It is employee-owned and is an organization working to preserve the history of the railroad.
