It's no secret that I love to cook and I love to bake. That's why, when it came my turn for the Wolf Spend A Day, baking at the CIA was at the top of my dream list. So, imagine my excitement when I found out that it was actually going to happen and that I could bring five winners, and their guests, with me.

It all happened on Saturday, November 5 and what an incredible experience it was. Our instructor was Chef Kristin Egan, a graduate of Drexel University (BS Hotel and Restaurant Management) and the Culinary Institute of America (AOS Baking and Pastry). She was so cool, and did a beautiful job teaching and helping us all become better bakers. She was also extremely accommodating and encouraging, and really made the class fun for everyone.

If you've ever thought about taking a cooking class at the Culinary, I would highly recommend it. It's not just a class, it's an experience that you will keep with you for a very long time, just ask my grandson Bentley!
