We're heading into the weekend and there's a big chance that you're going a little stir crazy.

What better way to burn off that cabin fever than with a little at-home workout? CJ and Jess called Jess's favorite trainer, BreadGod, up for a few pointers on staying fit during quarantine and social distancing.

BreadGod, also known as Brendan O'Flaherty, is the owner of BreadGod Fit-out of Newburgh. He's been in the training world for about 10 years and told us he's been working out all his life.

With that being said, BreadGod gave us an easy 15-minute fat-burn-corona-killer workout. No equipment is needed, just time...which we have a ton of now.

Each workout will be 30 seconds on and 30 seconds rest (BreadGod said "If you want to kick it up a notch you can do 45 seconds on/15 seconds rest).

Here's your workout:

-Jumping Jacks 30 seconds/rest 30 seconds
-Push Ups 30 seconds/rest 30 seconds
-Squats/Squat Jumps 30 seconds/rest 30 seconds
-Planks 30 seconds/rest 30 seconds
-Mountain Climbers 30 seconds/rest 30 seconds

You'll run through this routine 3 times and BOOM. Your 15-minute workout is complete.  You're blood will be pumping and you'll be ready to take on another day of quarantine.

Who knows maybe this will inspire you to find a new love of fitness!
