As I sit at my desk on this cold, cloudy, drizzly, miserable kind of Tuesday, I am thinking of green grass and blue skies as I schedule upcoming ticket giveaways we have planned for some great concerts coming this summer to Bethel Woods, SPAC, Mid-Hudson Civic Center. I'm not allowed to tell you what these are, you'll have to wait and see, but trust me when I tell you that it will be a great Summer of Winning with The Wolf!

All of this talk of concerts has me thinking and reminiscing a bit about the concerts I've been to. I've been really lucky. I've seen Alan Jackson, Clint Black, Reba, Sawyer Brown, Garth Brooks, Conway Twitty, George Jones, Johnny Cash, Trisha Yearwood, Vince Gill, Amy Grant, Bruce Springsteen, Joe Cocker, Tina Turner, Cheap Trick (it was college and it was free, don't judge!), Crosby, Stills, Nash, & Young, Bob Dylan, Black Crowes, Tom Petty, Rodney Atkins, Lorrie Morgan, Sugarland, and a few others that are escaping me at this moment.

Which leads me to think about my very first concert. My first foray into the world of live music, away from my parents, to listen to the music I wanted to listen to. So which artist did I start my live musical journey with? Neil Diamond, 1980 something, in Pittsburgh, even my father shook his head. To be clear, it was a great concert, I have seen Neil Diamond 3 times in concert and each time he was great. I am such a rebel...

What was your first concert? Let me know, maybe some of your coolness will rub off on me!
