The 178th Dutchess County Fair Kicks off in Rhinebeck, New York
Fair season is upon us in the Hudson Valley and the Dutchess County Fair is off to a beautiful start.
The 178th Dutchess County Fair kicked off on Tuesday, August 20th, 2024 at the fairgrounds in Rhinebeck, NY. It was a gorgeous 70-degree day and fairgoers began pouring into the fairgrounds at 10 am on the dot.
The sights, sounds, and smells of the fair were on full display and the 4H Milkshake line began to form (don't worry the line moves fast and it's 100% worth the wait).
And just like that, the 178th Dutchess County Fair was in full swing.
The Dutchess County Fair Hack You NEED to Know
Over the last several years, Townsquare Media has been lucky enough to have a booth at The Dutchess County Fair.
You can find our station tents over by Building E, we're signing you up to win a pair of tickets to Escape Time Adventures in Wappingers Falls and the Renaissance Fair as well as a BBQ grill from Milton Hardware & Building Supply. So make sure you stop on by!
With that being said, while we hang out at the Radio Station tents, many people stop to say hi but also with one specific question:
Where are the bathrooms?!
Thankfully the Dutchess County Fair makes it extremely easy to find. After you get to the fair and you've had your fair share of lemonades and milkshakes, look down. Chances are you'll see a yellow line.
Those yellow lines will lead you to the closest bathroom on the grounds. And really, you can't miss it:
It's literally written down for you!
