Popular Poughkeepsie Diner has Closed for Good
After 73 years of serving the Hudson Valley, it appears that one of the area's longest-operating diners has closed its doors for good.
At one time or another, you have probably found yourself sitting in a booth or at the counter at one of the Hudson Valley's many diners. I'm not sure what it is but most of us love a good "diner" meal every once and a while and thankfully we have numerous diners across the Hudson Valley to choose from when we have that "diner" craving.
Unfortunately, it appears that one of those options has closed its doors after 70+ years of serving Dutchess County.

The customer went on to say that he was made aware that they were closing by one of the waitresses at the diner who told him that "they will be closing after serving one last day on Easter Sunday."
We did attempt to call the diner at the listed phone number to confirm the closing but nobody answered as it just kept ringing. We've tried numerous times during their normal operating hours (listed online) but haven't been able to speak to anyone.
