You really just never know when you are being filmed and this is really disturbing.

Yesterday, New York State Police reported the arrest of a Kingston man and charged him with a felony.

According to a press release from the State Police, Raul DeJesus Alarcon Martinez of Kingston has been charged with Unlawful Surveillance in the 2nd Degree, a Class E Felony.

A New York State Police investigation found Martinez utilized a cellphone to record female coworkers as they used the restroom at their place of employment in the Town of Ulster.

The restroom was only utilized by employees and not available to the public.

Martinez was arraigned in the Town of Ulster Court and released on his own recognizance and ordered to reappear in the Town of Ulster Court at a later date.
