I don't know about you, but when I get home from work, I have a bunch of things to do. I need to feed the cats, look at the mail, return phone calls, get out of my work clothes, and catch up on how my husband's day was. Before I bought the Instant Pot, this would mean not starting dinner until almost a half-hour after I got home, but now I get dinner going in the Instant Pot before I do everything else, and it's ready to eat in less than 30 minutes.  If you've recently purchased an Instant Pot, here's one of my go-to meals, that's easy to make and if I do say so myself, pretty tasty to boot.

Pasta is often one of the items that are intimidating to make in the Instant Pot, but it doesn't have to be. You'll see a lot of recipes with varying times to cook pasta, just find what works for you, or tweak it a little. I certainly learned by trial and error, and when I say error I mean error, like pasta that was so overcooked it was a crime. But, I've gotten better and here's one of my families favorite Instant Pot recipes. Spaghetti and meatballs.

A few things to remember, the meatballs I used were frozen, but they were pre-cooked, very important. In addition, the colder the items are that you place in the Instant Pot to cook, the longer it will take to come to pressure before it can start cooking. Knowing this can help reduce some stress and worry that somehow your Instant Pot isn't working correctly.

Do you have an Instant Pot? What are some of your favorite go-to meals? I am always looking to add to my recipe collection!
