There are all kinds of Yoga you can now enjoy. Cat Yoga, Dog Yoga, Goat Yoga, Hot Yoga and so on but one of the prettiest places in the Hudson Valley to do Yoga is the Slingerland Pavilion at the Spring Farm Trailhead. The Mohonk Preserve offers a variety of activities one of which is weekly Yoga.

This Tuesday and every Tuesday in August you can join Peter Beuf and unwind from your day. This series focuses on Vinyasa Yoga for beginners and intermediate student. Class begins at 6 PM and runs until 7:15 PM. Students need to arrive 15 minutes early (5:45 PM) and should bring their own mat and water. Your can sign up for individual classes, any 8 or the full series. It did begin in July so you may have to do the individual class or any 8 plan at this point.

Yoga at the Pavillion runs Tuesday nights now through September 24th. This class is the perfect place for you to learn yoga while taking in the fresh air and mountain views. The classes run rain or shine. Class begins promptly at 6 PM so early arrival is important. Children 12 and up are welcome but have to be with an adult. Reservations are required and payment is due when you register. Mohonk Members pay $12 per class per person. Non members are $14 per class person.
