There are all kinds of Yoga you can now enjoy. Cat Yoga, Dog Yoga, Goat Yoga, Hot Yoga and so on but one of the prettiest places in the Hudson Valley to do Yoga is the Slingerland Pavilion at the Spring Farm Trailhead. The Mohonk Preserve offers a variety of activities one of which is weekly Yoga.

This Tuesday and every Tuesday in August you can join Peter Beuf and unwind from your day. This series focuses on Vinyasa Yoga for beginners and intermediate student. Your can sign up for individual classes, any 8 or the full series. It did begin in July so you may have to do the individual class or any 8 plan at this point.
