What You Need To Know About the Nature Bus in Ulster County
One of the things I love about the Hudson Valley is the nature we get to experience all year long. The Hudson Valley is known for its eco-tourism. Now that experience is more accessible for everyone.
Ulster County Provides Transportation to Nature in 2025
This weekend, the Ulster County Area Transit (UCAT) Nature bus returns. Once again, people will be able to take a bus to the Hudson Valley's most popular nature spots. This is car-free access to nature and outdoor fun.

This bus is an amazing idea that returns this weekend and runs every Saturday through the end of September. The County Executive, along with UCAT and the Department of Tourism, has teamed up to offer both residents and visitors the ability to get to some of Ulster County's most breathtaking places without using a car.
